2015 - DCT INDUSTRIAL, DCT Fife at Freeman Road Building B, Fife, WA.

Project SF 239,805. Project Acres 15.96.

INNOVA designed the shell providing architectural and structural engineering for DCT. Milgard Windows leased the entire building before construction ended. INNOVA provided architecture and planning support for Milgard and produced permit drawings for 2,500 SF of office space. PDF Brochure 

2015 - DCT INDUSTRIAL, DCT Fife at Freeman Road Building A, Fife, WA.

Project SF 152,325. Project Acres 13.52

INNOVA designed the shell providing architectural and structural engineering for DCT. Pet Food Experts took the space before construction was complete. INNOVA provided architecture as they leased 85,000 SF of the building, and then built out 3,700 SF in office space. PDF Brochure

Paul McCormick has master planned this since 1998. It was rezoned, then annexed. After 18 years it moved forward. We continue to plan the remaining 2 million square feet. 

2015 - TARRAGON, Bouchon Park Building A+B, Walla Walla, WA.

Project SF - 223,200. Project Acres - 11.14

Walla Walla Wine Industry Client. 2nd largest producer of wine in WA State. This project is one of a kind, never done in WA State. We are designing a new park for wineries and suppliers. 2 buildings being built. 4 planned total. PDF Brochure 

2015 - TARRAGON, SeaPORT  Building A, Sumner, WA.

Project SF 333,180. Project Acres 24.45
Helly Hansen had five distribution centers and replaced them with two: one DC in The Netherlands and one DC of 118,400 square feet in Auburn on the US West Coast, south of Seattle, WA. Result, centralized distribution to reduce inventory levels and overhead cost.  PDF Brochure

INNOVA designed the shell providing architecture, structural, and civil engineering for Panattoni. Design Imports, took this entire building near the end of construction. INNOVA provided architecture and interior design for their build out of 3,400 SF of office space. PDF Brochure

Walter E. Nelson Co. is the largest family-owned janitorial, chemical, and paper distributor in the Pacific Northwest. They are an Oregonian company with a location in Auburn, WA. DCT is an industrial trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange. PDF Brochure 

2013 - MOUNT VERNON MOTOR TRUCKS, Town, WA. Project SF 3,078. Project Acres 3.62
Local trucking franchise improves environmental sustainability. Locally owned Motor Trucks Inc. is Washington’s full-service international truck dealer. Since 1947 they have been serving the transportation needs of the Northwest, offering multiple sales and service locations.

2013 - AVENUE 55, Sumner West Valley , Sumner, WA.

Project SF 117,870. Acres 6.63

Helped Food Lifeline with their goal of solving hunger by doubling warehouse capacity. With two warehouses and more than 190,000 SF of space, their new home is more than twice the size of their two old facilities combined. 2006 - MICHAEL'S, Centralia, WA. Project SF 718,000. Project Acres 45

This 718,000 SF Michaels Northwest Distribution Center provides regional distribution to all Michaels stores in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon, and is located on a 45-acre site in Centralia just off Interstate 5. Michaels Northwest Distribution Center was the recipient of the 2007 Industrial Merit Award in the Tilt-Up Structures category, from the Washington Aggegates and Concrete Association. PDF Brochure

INNOVA provided land use planning to create a phased development master plan for 3 buildings within this industrial park. INNOVA was the architect lead and structural engineer and overall project planner to design, obtain permits and oversee construction for the owner. PDF Brochure
